EMDR

I am trained in EMDR therapy and have witnessed its effectiveness time and time again. While EMDR may not be a good fit for some, it is a good fit for many, and can be applied to a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, sleep, traumatic events, etc. EMDR can be especially helpful for those feeling stuck, living in the past, living in fear, and those that haven’t seen great results from traditional talk therapy.

Holistic Approach

I view your struggles through a holistic lens, understanding that our mental health is deeply connected to physical well-being. We’ll discuss things like sleep, nutrition, hydration, and exercise during your sessions. While I’m not a doctor and don’t diagnose these concerns, I can provide referrals when needed, always respecting where you are in your healing journey.

What is Trauma Therapy?

EMDR therapy is a scientifically validated psychotherapy approach that enables individuals to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress resulting from disturbing life experiences. These experiences may stem from traumatic events, such as accidents, abuse, neglect, or natural disasters, but can also include distressing life events like divorce, job loss, or loss of a loved one.
