Bethany Metheney, LPCC-S

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Are you feeling stuck and you aren’t sure what your next move is? Maybe you’re not sure where to start, or you have experiences from the past that are holding you back and getting in the way of you being your best self. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before but really didn’t get anything out of it. Or your last therapist sat and looked at you as you shared, but didn’t offer much guidance in return. As your therapist, I will meet you where you are, and come along side you to help you identify and reach your goals. And I promise to never give you the blank stare.

I offer a collaborative, trauma informed, and client centered approach. I utilize various treatment modalities including EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Solution Focused, Mindfulness, and CBT. I view my clients struggles through a holistic lens to help understand and strengthen their overall health and wellness.

*Also offering ADHD assessments for established clients
